Job Summary

  • This role supports the deployment and implementation of Lean methodologies to improve safety, quality, performance, and cost within the Marmon Transportation Group.
  • The intern will actively facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events while coaching process owners on engineering and Lean methods for operational excellence.
  • Candidates will receive a competitive pay range of $18.40 - $27.60 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching.
