The successful candidate will have the capability to perform various maintenance tasks including, painting, dry wall repair, lawn care, and other assigments.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma
Valid State driver license
At least 2 years of facility maintenance or carpentry related experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Basic Computer Skills (Excel, Word)
Ability to speak, read, write and otherwise communicate in English
Class D Driver’s License with insurable driving record
Possess or have the ability to obtain a Special Engineer Boiler License
