Job Summary

  • Officer, Food Safety is accountable for daily implementation of food safety and hygiene requirements at cross departments levels through daily monitoring, document review, and verifications, in accordance with HACCP and internal guidelines.
  • Assist on raw materials monitoring and verification to assure compliance with local regulations and food safety standards.
  • Execute food safety program, provide ongoing training and evaluation to staff.
