Conduct SWOT analysis of the market and develop regional business plans, coaching and supporting medical representatives in implementing their business plans to ensure effective achievement of goals.
Develop capabilities according to the RAM capability model to improve efficiency and actively disseminate and develop AstraZeneca culture and leadership behaviors, serving as a role model for other employees.
