Job Summary
This critical role will lead operations across seven plants, driving the discipline of SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, cost-competitiveness) to allow the division to grow top line revenue growth and bottom line profitability.
The leader will develop and implement long and short-term strategic plans to meet Division Targets to Improve (TTIs), drive significant plant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvements, partnering closely with the site leadership teams while deploying the application of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS).
Develop a high performance team by engaging, coaching and developing team members, and by driving accountability and ownership at all levels.
