Job Summary
KenCrest is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Eastern Montgomery County.
All newly hired Direct Support Professionals complete a mandatory two-week paid orientation including required trainings such as Medication Administration, MANDT, and CPR/First Aid.
The role involves serving as both a caregiver and life coach to promote independence, assist with daily activities, and help individuals reach personal goals.
