VisionFund is seeking a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Advisor to join its Emergency Response Roster, providing crucial support for vulnerable children affected by humanitarian crises. The role requires extensive experience in mental health support within humanitarian contexts, as well as the ability to train and supervise staff and partners

Job Summary

  • Provide Mental Health and Psychosocial Support technical guidance for programming, clinical supervision, and capacity building of staff, implementing partners and guiding mental health and psychosocial support interventions.
  • Oversee the technical quality of programming and technical expertise of the staff, while keeping with established international best practice guidance and emerging evidence.
  • Represent World Vision at relevant coordination meetings, including co-chairing Technical Working Group and promote interagency coordination and MHPSS guidelines.
