  • Provide expert engineering support to customers, partners, and internal teams across the rail sector, ensuring products are correctly specified, installed, commissioned, and supported throughout their lifecycle.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues through field visits, remote support, and collaboration with internal engineering teams, while preparing and delivering technical documentation.
  • Work closely with engineering, quality, product management, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and technically feasible, and deliver technical training to customers, partners, and internal staff.
