  • This role serves as a primary leader for UAMS's decarbonization commitments and sustainability metrics, reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor for Institutional Support Services.
  • The position manages a team of 4 direct reports and 96 indirect reports responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, grounds, and energy management across academic, research, and patient care missions.
