Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems maintenance
  • HVAC, fire/life safety, and power generation operations
  • Preventative and predictive maintenance execution
  • Troubleshooting pumps, fans, motors, and valves
  • Compliance with regulatory safety standards

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with critical environments and building automation
  • Familiarity with UPS systems and SOP-driven operations
  • Strong customer service skills for tenant requests
  • Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in building maintenance industry
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Accredited trade school degree in HVAC, electronics, or related trade
  • Universal CFC certification required (or obtain within 90 days)
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
