Job Summary

  • Coordinates specified day-to-day operational management and technical aspects of Respiratory Care, orientation, continuing education, competency assessments, and supervision.
  • Assists the Program Manager in supervising the Respiratory Therapy clinical operations, planning, implementing, evaluating and controlling program services while ensuring that internal and external standards are met.
  • Maintains a knowledge level commensurate to that of a subject matter expert in the area of Neonatal/ Pediatric Respiratory Care and acts as a clinical consultant to nursing, and medical staff.
