Job Summary
Maintain accuracy of the maintenance management system, including facility assets, PM schedules, and work orders.
Develop and manage 2–4 week maintenance schedules, including creation of work orders, in coordination with Maintenance and Engineering.
Analyze PM reports, work orders, and technician feedback to improve maintenance effectiveness and scheduling efficiency.
