Job Summary
The Health Care Supervisor provides direct oversight of Developmental Technician staff to ensure the safety, care, programming, and overall quality of services for individuals within the assigned living unit.
This position operates on a rotating schedule including both a.m. and p.m. shifts with days off structured in accordance with a standard 40-hour workweek.
Candidates must possess knowledge of individuals with developmental disabilities and experience providing direct care in a residential setting.
