Job Summary

• Performs all the duties as a Veterinary Care Technician - Tier III but also coordinates the activities within a specified service including coordination of clinical support activities for the service area and supervision of staff including RVTs and Veterinary Assistants.
• The successful candidate will focus on quality patient care and providing guidance, direction, supervision, and assistance to other veterinary care staff in order to attain /maintain optimum quality of care to patients in the Emergency Critical Care clinical area.
• Duties include, but are not limited to, organizing, directing, and providing helpful and collegial assistance to professional students, clinicians, residents, and technical students during receiving appointment hours.
