Job Summary
Support the ADEY and Alpha management team to embed the people agenda for the business, in line with Group strategy and divisional alignment.
Partner with the Managing Director and site leadership to deliver ADEY’s people strategy and provide expert guidance across organisational design, performance, employee relations and workforce planning.
