Must-have
7+ years product management experience
3+ years stand-alone health insurer experience
5+ years handling all health insurance product lines
Expertise in core system product configuration
Knowledge of health insurance regulations and filing
Nice-to-have
MBA from reputed institute
Actuarial papers cleared
Passion for digital and AI transformation
Deep understanding of consumer behavior
Experience with greenfield product deployment
Key Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or Statistics
Minimum 7 years of product management experience
At least 3 years in stand-alone health insurer
Minimum 5 years handling all health insurance product lines
Strong knowledge of product configuration in core systems
