  • Candidates are expected to promote a risk culture among LBU stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory and group requirements.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor degree in Technology or Information Systems
  • 2-3 years experience in Technology Risk Management
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and operations risk
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks
  • Ability to conduct IT risk governance exercises

Nice-to-have

  • Coding background with Python or SQL capabilities
  • Experience in financial services or consultancy sectors
  • Strong network within the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful automation initiatives
  • Certifications in Cloud architecture or Cybersecurity

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information systems, or Data science
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in Technology AND Risk Management/Audit
  • Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP, or Azure
  • Experience in data analytics and Power BI
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Vietnamese
