  • Serves as the senior subject matter expert on hospital billing, ASC billing, technical denials, hospital/physician/patient cash posting, refunds, credit balances, customer service, bad debt, and collections functions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years healthcare billing and revenue cycle operations experience
  • 5+ years experience with Master's Degree and leadership
  • 5+ years experience with Lean Six Sigma and management
  • Experience with Epic preferred
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Familiarity with computerized applications
