Key Responsibilities • Requirements & Analysis: Capture, validate, and document complex functional and technical requirements. • System Design & Implementation: Design application solutions, API integrations, data mappings, and workflow automation. • Technical Leadership: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, developers, and data governance teams; often acting as a backup for Product Owners. • Quality Assurance & Testing: Support or lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), audit readiness, and performance validation. • Data & Technical Support: Analyze data structures (SQL, Python), troubleshoot complex system issues, and manage system inventories. • Documentation: Create technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, user stories, and process models.
