Base: $108,900 - $159,720; Bonus/Equity: cash-based incentive program; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with match

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Business-related discipline preferred
5-8 years of experience in manufacturing environments
5-8 years progressive leadership roles in purchasing
Supervision of people experience
Experience with raw material purchasing budgets
Experience with supplier risk management and negotiations
