The Client Services Analyst will assist Japanese Corporate Banking (JCB) clients with inquiries and requests, determine loan and deposit pricing based on market conditions and relationship status, and instruct middle and back office to book transactions.
Key responsibilities include monitoring maturing transactions, executing foreign exchange deals, arranging standby facilities, investigating suspicious activities, and managing NSF data to protect client funds and the bank's capital.
The role involves inter-departmental coordination, maintaining an understanding of internal policies and market conditions, participating in projects, and preparing operational manuals.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum one year client services experience in Financial Services
