Job Summary
Lead a team of engineers responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and high yield production operations by troubleshooting and developing mature work cells with strong process controls.
Own all sustaining factory requirements, including yield improvement, Management of Change (MOC) governance, quality guidelines, non-conformance management, and manufacturing documentation.
