Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to perform general engineering methods while utilizing advanced technologies to develop solutions in the medical device industry.
You will ensure customer expectations are met by evaluating products and processes for failure analysis and implementing improvements using standard data analysis practices.
This role requires embedding Quality within the Engineering discipline by adhering to the Quality Management System and contributing to the attainment of quality KPIs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Three years of relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Root cause analysis and failure analysis skills
Continuous improvement and Lean methodologies
Nice-to-have
Proactive insight into technical challenges
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environment
Experience with Integer Production System principles
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
Minimum three years of relevant engineering experience
Functional understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Compliance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations
