Key Requirements
University degree in Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences or similar
Master's degree in administration or social development

Demonstrated knowledge of national operations context
Experience with key system actors (Ministry, civil society, NGOs)
Experience in project formulation, implementation, and evaluation
