Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 9 years of experience
  • Master’s degree in STEM and 7 years of experience
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • 5 years of prior management/leadership experience
  • Proven ability to adjust schedule on short notice
  • Working understanding of quality standards (AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001)
