• The Sales Administration plays a key role in supporting day-to-day customer service operations across the Americas, acting as a primary point of contact for both customers and internal commercial teams.
• This position is responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and supporting end-to-end order management activities to ensure service level commitments, order accuracy, and revenue objectives are met.
• The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable managing a wide range of order and service-related requests in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and wear multiple hats as needed.

Base: $50,000.00 CAD – $61,000.00 CAD; Bonus/Equity: eligible for bonus/incentive pay; Benefits: comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k)
