Base: $196,000.00 - $342,700.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 120 hours vacation, 480 hours parental leave, 13 days holiday pay

PhD in Computer Science or related field
10+ years industry experience in AI/ML
Expertise in foundation models and agentic systems
Hands-on AI safety and robustness implementation
Strong coding and software development skills
