Job Summary

  • Responsible for designing and monitoring the company's strategy in all areas of the Brazil Region related to Predictable Performance and the 23 Quality elements adopted by Subsea7, focused on Cost of Loss aligned with the global structure.
  • Responsible for promoting the culture of continuous improvement and digitalization in the HSSEQ area of the Brazil Region through Lean for processes and the Eliminate, Simplify, Standardize, Automate (ESSA) mindset, promoting performance improvement in the area, ensuring management and governance of the Predictable Performance program for the region aligned with GPC West Rio.
  • Develop a partnership relationship with business areas, helping to increase the performance of HSSEQ-related projects.

  • Knowledge of innovative methodologies (Scrum, Design Thinking, OKR)
  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365
  • Fluent English
