Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized solutions for every guest.
You will be responsible for ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, providing a clean environment, and growing guest loyalty.
This position supervises Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager and is eligible for incentive programs, health benefits, PTO, 401(k), and employee discount.
