Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Child Life or related field
  • Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) OR active Child Life Certification (CCLS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification via American Heart Association
  • Completion of required training with Facility Dog Training Placement Organization
  • Five years experience as Certified Child Life Specialist or Recreational Therapist preferred
