The Senior Planning Systems Analyst will support Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) and Material Resource Planning (MRP) processes by reviewing and managing underlying systems to improve efficiency, predictability, and cost savings.
Responsibilities include developing the technology roadmap for planning, defining objectives and key results (OKRs) for technology and process changes, and partnering with IT to deliver system advancements.
The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, 5 years of experience in S&OP and MRP, strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills, with a preference for on-site presence in Danvers, MA.
