Schwab provides paid training through the Schwab Service Academy to help you obtain Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
The position offers competitive compensation including a starting base of $54,100 with potential to increase to $61,700 within the first year upon licensing and performance achievements.
