The role provides primary care and acute outpatient services to Advocate Health employees and their covered family members at the LiveWell Pearl clinic in Charlotte, NC.
Candidates will handle a typical patient volume of 12-14 per day with longer appointment times designed for a concierge experience.
The position includes call responsibility approximately every 12 weeks for nurse triage but explicitly excludes hospital work.

Must-have
2-4 years Family Medicine or Urgent Care experience
NC Licensure and DEA registration required
American Heart Association BLS certification
Ability to work autonomously in primary care setting

Willingness to mentor medical students and faculty
