Job Summary

• This position is a critical leadership position within CIRT leading efforts to North America CIRT 24/7 operations and utilizing data from CIRT investigation to improve protective controls.
• The leader is responsible for overseeing the 24/7 CIRT operations, finding opportunities for efficiencies, and utilizing data from CIRT investigation to drive and lead changes with Cyber Security Engineers.

Matching Summary

Salary

Base: $150,000 to $190,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation award and business unit incentive compensation plan; Benefits: Full spectrum of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), etc.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management
• Experience leading 24/7 Cyber Incident Response or Security Operations functions
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational transformation
• Strong technical background in incident response, threat detection, and cyber investigations
• Proven experience using investigation data, KPIs, and trend analysis
• Demonstrated leadership in cross functional collaboration
• Strong people leadership skills
