Job Summary

  • This role is responsible in driving India market share growth for Agilent’s Liquid Chromatography and Dissolution portfolio, including InfinityLab LC Series, across key customer segments.
  • Key responsibilities include delivering annual business goals, leading a high-performing team, and building strategic conversion plans with Sales and Marketing for high-impact accounts.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of business and technical experience in HPLC technologies
  • Experience managing technical/application teams is highly desirable
  • Deep knowledge of HPLC and dissolution fundamentals, and regulatory pharma/biopharma requirements
  • Strong understanding of CDS platforms and data integrity requirements
