Job Summary
The Portfolio Monitoring team is responsible for working with front office teams to execute loan documentation and monitor the performance of the loan portfolio.
PM is involved from the early stages of loan execution and manages any event relative to the transaction, including covenant monitoring, amendments, or waivers.
As a first line of defense for credit quality, PM is also responsible for recommending involvement of the restructuring teams, if the case may be.
