Job Summary

• The Technical Advisor will support IRC's efforts in the U.S. to partner with and build the capacity of IRC RAI offices and other service providers to deliver high-quality services to refugees, asylum seekers, and other forcibly displaced individuals and families.
• Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance, developing and disseminating guidelines and resources, and delivering culturally and linguistically appropriate training.

Key Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related mental health field
• Independent licensure preferred
• At least five years of MHPSS related work experience
• Demonstrated experience with refugee and asylum populations
• Strong expertise on the impacts of trauma
• Ability to effectively communicate and work as a team member
