Travelers is seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Delivery Excellence to lead the transformation of its technology strategy and delivery practices. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in technology management within regulated industries and will drive strategic planning, vendor management, and performance optimization

Job Summary

  • Lead the transformation of the Strategy area into a forward-looking insights and storytelling engine that connects external market trends, enterprise architecture, financial considerations, and talent evolution.
  • Establish the Delivery Excellence organization in partnership with SDLC+ value stream leader and persona leads.
  • Develop and implement OKRs and KPIs (Single Pane) to measure genAI adoption, agile metrics, engineering metrics and outcomes toward achieving our SDLC+ benefits.
