Must-have
Cost management for construction projects
Feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans
Quantity take-off from design information
Risk identification and mitigation
Microsoft Office proficiency
On-site work in Gurugram
Nice-to-have
Experience with Middle Eastern projects
Knowledge of international codes like MasterFormat and CESMM
Team management skills
Proactive and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work to deadlines
Good report and proposal writing skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years experience in QS/CM
BE / B.Tech. in relevant field
MRICS preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of international codes (MasterFormat, NRM, POMI, CESMM)
