This role acts as the first point of contact for key mining customers, working end-to-end across customer needs and internal coordination, ensuring commercial excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with RRPS processes and guidelines.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Sales Manager leads commercial engagement from opportunity development through offer creation, negotiation, execution setup, and ongoing customer relationship management.
