Key Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in landscape architecture, architecture, urban design, or equivalent
  • Extensive project management experience
  • On-site construction management experience
  • Experience with construction contract administration
  • Experience preparing construction budgets and business cases
  • Experience reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
  • Access to a vehicle for site visits
  • Eligibility for OALA membership (Full membership preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize and coordinate project assistants
  • Ability to provide senior management with timely reports
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong time management skills
  • Flexibility, responsiveness, critical thinking
  • High proficiency in MS Office and project management software
  • Working knowledge of TADG and AODA Guidelines
  • Extensive knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
