Key Requirements

  • 2-5+ Years experience in general maintenance
  • Knowledge of engineering concepts
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
  • Proficient in managing maintenance tasks through CMMS
  • Hands-on experience with Flowpath, Fiix, MaintainX, Hippo CMMS, or ServiceChannel
  • Ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
  • Ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
  • Ability to see and respond to safety hazardous situations
  • Ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds
  • Ability to work in extreme weather
  • Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly
