Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
Minimum 3 months experience as a phlebotomist or completed training program
Preferred 2 years or more phlebotomy experience
Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
