Job Summary
The Senior Proposition Manager will own the end to end design, delivery and ongoing optimisation of Vanguard UK’s “Getting Started” proposition, ensuring it attracts, supports and converts new investors and savers into long term, engaged clients.
This role carries full commercial accountability for the P&L of the proposition, spanning new-to-investing journeys, early wealth building pathways, and implementation of relevant products and services.
