As a Sr. Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects while your strong knowledge of construction projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to push the business forward through innovative and industry changing ideas.
This role involves professional planning and hands on management/oversight for multiple projects on corporate office and lab sites including, but not limited to, the following project types: decommission, renovations and tenant improvement projects, and complex lab environment projects.

Key Requirements
6-10 years as a Project Manager
Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
Experience with corporate office and lab sites projects
Experience with vendor management and project closeout processes within 60 days
