Salary
Base: $110,000 - $210,000 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation available for exempt roles; Benefits: Comprehensive plan including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off

Must-have
7+ years large-scale complex program experience
Strong focus on program assurance outcomes
Understanding of core security domains
Exceptional communication with senior executives
Ability to influence without authority

Experience leading enterprise-scale security programs
Familiarity with NIST CSF and ISO 27001 frameworks
Proficiency in JIRA board structuring and workflows
Strategic alignment across Risk and Compliance teams
Key Requirements
7+ years experience in large-scale complex programs
