Job Summary

  • Provide 1st/2nd line technical support for the delivery of a stable IT service, helping to ensure that it is efficient, effective and can adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Act as an IT support contact for internal and external stakeholders, to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to assist in the effective delivery of fixes, changes and projects.
