Process yield improvement
Validation for NPI and process change
High-volume cleanroom manufacturing
Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing
Data-driven decision-making
Cross-functional team collaboration
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with cGMP and ISO 13485
Proficiency in CAD and MS Office
Experience with ERP, MES, Spotfire, PowerBI
Hands-on automated production equipment
Experience with laser welding and ultrasonic welding
Start-up production environment experience
Process flow and capacity review
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Minimum 3 years process or manufacturing engineering
Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing
Multi-language fluency including English and Malay
