Job Summary
This role provides hands-on Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability support across operational engineering, maintenance, and execution systems at a world-class pharmaceutical facility.
The successful candidate will act as a key business partner to Engineering, leading safety committee meetings, managing workplace inspections, and facilitating incident investigations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Engineering or related degree
3+ years EHS experience in manufacturing
Permit system management expertise
Confined space and working at heights knowledge
Process safety and isolation procedures
Contractor management and compliance
Incident investigation and root cause analysis
Nice-to-have
Chemical Engineering background preferred
Strong coaching and influencing skills
Experience with capital projects
Passion for fostering safety culture
Solution-focused approach to engineering risks
Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering disciplines
Minimum 3+ years EHS experience
Manufacturing or engineering environment experience
