  • Acting as a bridge between Analysts and senior leadership, the position plays an important role in executing asset-level strategy and supporting the continued growth and performance of the Central U.S. portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5–7 years of commercial real estate experience
  • Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and analytical skills
  • Experience with Argus, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Texas and Central U.S. industrial markets preferred
