Acting as a bridge between Analysts and senior leadership, the position plays an important role in executing asset-level strategy and supporting the continued growth and performance of the Central U.S. portfolio.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
5–7 years of commercial real estate experience
Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and analytical skills
Experience with Argus, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Texas and Central U.S. industrial markets preferred
